The Value of a Brand

No surprise that we're big Apple fans here at Idea-ware.  But our passion for Apple goes beyond incredible technology and mind-blowing design.  We also think there is simply no better brand marketer in the world than Steve Jobs. He understands the power of a simple message and the fact that a brand identity is forged from feelings & values - not features & technology. In 1997 when Steve returned to Apple its stock was $4 a share (adjusted for splits).  In the short video below he shared his philosophy of branding perhaps more succinctly than ever. And he introduced the Think Different campaign which he envisioned would re-establish the Apple brand.  Today, Apple has surpassed Microsoft’s market cap by almost $20 billion, and its stock trades at $241. the power of a brand.
